Job Summary: 

CGI is a Platinum partner and one of the largest system integration and consulting organizations in Canada, offering a variety of Salesforce consulting services and custom application development on the platform. We are looking for talented Salesforce Developers to work with our clients to implement custom and applications.

  • Be willing to travel up to 10% of the time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
  • Design, build, test and deploy SFDC customizations which may include form layout changes, workflow triggers, workflow alerts, automated email responses, etc.
  • Use Apex and VisualForce to create unique customer-based solutions where needed, including developing products on the platform
  • Design and Create Interfaces between and other applications
  • Interact directly with our customers and the CGI team, including consultants, architects and pre-sales to ensure customer success
  • Participate in the estimation and timeline process

Desired Skills & Experience


  • 1+ years of configuration, administration or development experience
  • Strong development skills and an ability to deliver customer driven solutions
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Degree in Computer Science or Diploma in Computer Science plus experience
  • One or more certifications (ADM-201, DEV-401, DEV-501) or currently working towards


  • Experience in solution design and architecture.
  • Experience with API’s and integration with other systems.
  • 1+ years of development experience with web based technologies: Java, .Net, JSP/ASP, etc.
  • Experience in other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications (e.g., MS Dynamics CRM, Oracle Siebel, Sugar CRM) as well as integration tools and AppExchange Add-Ons (Pervasive, Informatica, Boomi, CastIron, Conga)
