Job Summary: 


Working as part of a results-driven team, you are responsible for developing and facilitating business requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders using best practice methods and tools.  You analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate them into effective systems requirement specifications. You formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on business, stakeholder and solution requirements and develop training programs and materials, including facilitation of workshops and training for assigned projects. You perform quality assurance, test plans, test case development and implementation; including resolving system integration, compatibility and performance issues.  Additionally, you:

  • Develop ‘ as is’ and ‘to be’ business model and processes;
  • Work with and mentor the team in identifying, implementing and supporting the solutions to support objectives;
  • Work with the team to create the standards, map processes and identify gaps while providing customer service to internal and external customers;

You are a clear, concise communicator, and are extremely organized with an ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects within strict timelines. You are an influential, productive team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. You strive to promote teamwork and maintain positive interactions, while providing coaching, mentoring, and motivation in support of individual performance objectives.

You bring a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding of business processing modeling and strong business analysis, problem solving and planning skills, including 5 to 7 years’ experience working in an IT business analysis role. You have experience w/ business process improvements, business process reengineering and developing, creating, writing and executing test scripts. You also have experience with vendor management.

You have a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business or other IT related discipline. ITIL, BABOK and Project Management certification, will be considered assets. You have strong working knowledge of business processing models and strong business analysis, problem solving and planning skills.
