Job Summary: 

If you are a Support Specialist and have:
3+ yrs hands on experience the opportunity is working primarily in an office with some onsite support work. Typcal daily items such as configuring user systems, connecting and troubleshooting network and IT infrastructure, helping diagnose hardware, software and network system issues, virus removal in addition to other issues as needed.

Required Skills: 

  • Windows Technologies
  • Virtualization, Hyper-v is an asset
  • System Deployment
  • Various Endpoint Security and Backup options
  • Strong English, both spoken and written
  • Punctual and detail oriented
  • Teamwork
