The Business Analysis and Improvement Team (BAIT) is a team of business analysts led by the Business Analysis and Process Improvement Manager. BAIT supports the Corporation by eliciting business requirements for strategic and operational projects. As a member of the team, the Senior Business Analyst plays a key role in aligning the needs of the business with the proposed technology solutions. In addition, BAIT is responsible for maintaining and improving the pre and post retirement applications used by various stakeholders.
Reporting to the Director, Client Services, the Senior Business Analyst provides business analysis services and plans ongoing business and technology needs consistent with the Corporation, system standards and interfacing requirements. Provides expert advice to senior staff and acts as a key contributor to multiple project teams.
