The British Columbia Pension Corporation is one of the largest pension plan administrative agents in Canada. Created in 2000, the corporation operates on a not-for-profit basis under the provisions of the Public Sector Pension Plans Act.
This position focuses on the provision of support for workstation hardware, software and attached peripherals. In doing so, this position adheres to ITB Standards for technology, configuration change, and operations. Under the leadership and guidance of the Service Desk Supervisor, assignments will include independent tasks responding to Helpdesk incident tickets and service requests.
