Job Summary: 

This position focuses on the provision of support for workstation hardware, software and attached peripherals. In doing so, this position adheres to ITB Standards for technology, configuration change, and operations. Under the leadership and guidance of the Service Desk Supervisor, assignments will include independent tasks responding to Helpdesk incident tickets and service requests.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Diploma in computer science, information technology or related discipline and 1 year related experience; OR
  • certificate in computer science or related discipline, or program completion, and 2 years related experience; OR
  • an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
