Job Summary: 


You have an analytical mind, your passion is staying current in your area of expertise, and your goal is developing and maintaining applications within the context of the application architecture.

As an innovative trouble-shooter, you lead the effort of system testing while supporting projects and application enhancements.  You participate in the implementation process, develop and audit comprehensive scripts, and test systems for patches, upgrades and compatibility with other systems used at BC Ferries.

You have a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science (or an IT related discipline) or equivalent combination of experience, education and training.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience with Oracle E-business.  Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, end-user training, and system administration.  Knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and ERP Data Model will be considered a strong asset.
