The IT Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Lead is a key resource to the successful implementation and ongoing sustainability and continuous improvement of internal branch processes to ensure IT services meet the business needs of the Pension Corporation.
Under the direction of the Assistant Director SPA, the IT Continuous Service Improvement Lead manages cross-functional process improvement projects providing leadership, facilitation and support to Process Owners, Process Managers and working groups. As each process is implemented, the IT Continuous Service Improvement Lead is also responsible for leading performance monitoring, reporting against key performance indicators and recommending and leading continuous service improvement initiatives.
