The I.T. Department at Shawnigan Lake School is currently seeking an experienced Information Technology (I.T.) Helpdesk Analyst.
Under the direction of the I.T. Manager, our I.T. Helpdesk Analyst provides direct technical support to our community, answering support queries by phone, email, and in person. A high level of customer service and a professional appearance is maintained at all times. Our I.T. Helpdesk Analyst has an organized, methodical, and detail-oriented work ethic to complement their strong communication, troubleshooting and time management skills.
Successful candidates will possess an I.T. diploma, degree or relevant training, and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience supporting:
