PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) & CHANGE MANAGER
You are an integral member of the IT Management team, responsible for managing a Quality and Project Management Centre (PMCE) of excellence within the IT division. You will focus on continuous improvement, quality assurance, effective change management, and project delivery excellence. You provide support and governance to projects, ensuring that quality and BCF methodology are applied throughout the project life cycle.
You manage the Change Management process based on industry best practises and ITIL Change and Release principles.
You are a leader driven to successfully motivate and manage while providing coaching and mentoring. You have a strong commitment to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through assessing needs, establishing goals and resolving issues. Your commitment to quality assurance as well as your attention to detail equips you with the ability to motivate teams toward quality and delivery excellence.
You have a minimum 10 years progressive IT project and program management experience, with at least 3 years establishing and managing a PMCE/PMO, and which includes a comprehensive working knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies. You have a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or IT-related discipline as well as ITIL and PMP certification
