UNIT4, a rapidly growing organization, is in need of a highly motivated individual to lead the evolution and development of the inside sales team. The successful candidate will have a strong background managing inside sales team with an emphasis on training, development and optimizing team performance. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Sales Operations this is a key management role that will measured through leads created as well as partnership and success of our external sales team and partners.

Supervises: Inside Sales Team
Location: Victoria, BC
Travel Requirement: Up to 20%. Candidates must be able to travel throughout North America.
