The IT Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Lead is a key resource within the Pension Corporation’s Information Technology branch who is responsible for the ongoing success of our branch’s continuous service improvement program.

The IT CSI Lead will manage and facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects, and provide leadership and support to Process Owners, Process Managers and working groups. As each process is implemented, the IT CSI Lead is also responsible for leading performance monitoring, reporting against key performance indicators and recommending and leading continuous service improvement initiatives.

Our ideal candidate brings:

  • University degree in information technology, computer science, or related discipline and 4 years related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
  • ITIL Foundations Certificate is mandatory, plus a minimum of one years’ experience working with or implementing ITIL processes;
  • A minimum of four years in a leadership role in a mixed business and IT technical team;
  • A minimum of two years in a project management role with organizational change management experience;
  • Experience leading a team;
  • Experience facilitating and training.
