The IT Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) Lead is a key resource within the Pension Corporation’s Information Technology branch who is responsible for the ongoing success of our branch’s continuous service improvement program.
The IT CSI Lead will manage and facilitate cross-functional process improvement projects, and provide leadership and support to Process Owners, Process Managers and working groups. As each process is implemented, the IT CSI Lead is also responsible for leading performance monitoring, reporting against key performance indicators and recommending and leading continuous service improvement initiatives.
