Reporting to the Division Manager, the Sales Manager is responsible for sales growth in their specific vertical. To perform successfully in this quota bearing role, the Sales Manager will be customer and sales-focused as a top priority. The candidate should be experienced building relationships and rapport with existing and new distributors and resellers, have a technical orientation, cross cultural sensitivity and, more than anything else, a 'take charge' mentality. We want someone who is going to own his/her department and do what it takes to achieve profitable growth. The Sales Manager will work with Carmanah teams to ensure all sales efforts are successful and aligned with corporate goals and strategies.
