Reporting to the Supervisor, Client Support Services, the Computer Support Technician provides personal computer support to CRD clients through the installation and configuration of personal computers in a Local Area Network environment. The position installs and supports various desktop applications ensuring optimal operation of the Microsoft Windows operating systems as well as application integration between various Microsoft Office components and other third party software products.
