Job Summary: 

We are currently seeking a highly driven, results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for one of our business units, FuturePay. FuturePay Inc. is a rapidly growing payments company that enables consumers to shop online without a credit card by putting purchases on a FuturePay tab and paying later. 

The Sales Executive will target ecommerce companies that can easily add FuturePay to their cart.  He/She will have a ‘hunter’ mentality with a proven ability to drive revenue growth by recruiting companies that sell online.  This includes qualifying, closing new business and being proficient at all stages of the sales cycle.

The Sales Executive will have knowledge of the ecommerce industry and be comfortable forging relationships with companies that are suited to our product.  You will be driven to succeed, have a proven track record and experience in an entrepreneurial environment.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit and convert qualified merchants to the FuturePay platform
  • Actively perform outbound calls to work leads
  • Nurture prospects through the funnel from pitch to sign up process
  • Independently manage sales funnel, updating Salesforce routinely and generating timely reports
  • Ability to drive and deliver sales results
  • Travel may be required

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education (University or College) or equivalent preferred
  • 3 - 5 years sales experience with B2B, e-business focus
  • Candidate should be highly motivated, self-starter and goal oriented, with a strong sales mentality
  • Proven ability to build / close deals with clients and achieve results in fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize sales leads
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, articulate
