PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) & CHANGE MANAGER
You are an integral member of the IT Management team, responsible for managing a Quality and Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCE) within the IT division. You will focus on continuous improvement, quality assurance, effective change management, and project delivery excellence. You provide support and oversight to IT projects, ensuring that quality and BCF methodology are applied throughout the IT project life cycle.
You manage the Change Management process based on industry best practises and ITIL Change and Release principles.
You are a leader driven to successfully motivate and manage while providing coaching and mentoring to Project Managers. As a positive leader, you promote a cohesive work environment that encourages cooperation amongst team members. You have a keen customer focus with an ability to ensure the solution meets customer and business expectations. Your commitment to quality assurance as well as your attention to detail equips you with the ability to influence teams toward quality and delivery excellence.
You must have 7 to 10 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager managing IT projects with a comprehensive working knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies. You must have at least 3 years’ experience establishing and managing a Project Management Office (PMO). You have a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or IT-related discipline. PMP certification would be an asset.
