The City of Campbell River has an opportunity for a qualified, team oriented individual to join our Information Technology Department as a full time Client Support Analyst.

Job Summary: 

Under the direction of the Senior Client Support Analyst, the incumbent provides technology support and problem resolution services to the organization.

The successful candidate will:

  • have completed a two (2) year accredited technical diploma;
  • hold A+ Certification;
  • possess a valid BC driver’s license;
  • have the ability to pass and maintain an RCMP Secret Level security screening; and
  • have a minimum of three (3) years of related experience in a client support role, preferably in a municipal or police environment, within the last five (5) years.

The ideal candidate will also hold a Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification (2010 or higher)

The current rate of pay for this CUPE bargaining unit position is $27.05 working a 35-hour work week.
