Job Summary: 

STR has a new job opening for a full-time Software Developer. You must have a strong sense of ownership, integrity and customer focus. The proven ability to be a strong team player is important. The ideal candidate will be fluent in the following areas:

  • C#, C++, .NET, ASP.NET, HTML5/CSS3/Javascript
  • Visual Studio
  • Unit testing (e.g. using Moq)
  • Software documentation
  • Test Driven Development
  • OO Design
  • Numerical analysis

Experience in DSP and real-time applications is a significant asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop quality, maintainable software with good documentation
  • Provide hardware and software technical support to customers and employees as required
  • Follow and integrate into existing development and quality control processes
  • Design and write solid unit tests

Education and Experience:

A relevant university degree and a proven academic performance are required. A college diploma with software development work experience (4+ years) and a proven track record of excellence may also be considered.
