The Business Analysis Team (BA Team) is led by Business Analysis and Process Improvement Managers. The BA Team supports the Corporation by eliciting business requirements for strategic and operational projects.
The Senior Business Analyst is a key member of our business analyst team and works on transformational initiatives. This role leads or participates in working groups, system upgrades and process re-engineering initiatives for high-risk projects and complex business processes. This position drives innovation and aligns the needs of the business with proposed solutions.
