Job Summary: 

Job Description:

The Client Support Specialist position helps to support the Distribution Management team by communicating regularly with our clients and partners. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and enjoy speaking with people on the phone. As a Client Support Specialist you will help our partners get started with RingPartner and help to grow new and existing accounts. This position is ideal for someone with a multitude of skills and looking to gain experience in the online marketing industry. The tasks will include, but are not limited to, new application phone calls, sales and support calls, data entry, campaign setup and client management. This role will also require work on compliance and quality assurance, as well as some accounting and billing tasks.
