Job Summary: 

From Norwegian scientists tracking polar bears in the Arctic to urban planning in Dubai, our software is used increasingly by people around the world to help inform important decisions. Our mission is to expand the application of our technology, and the benefits it provides. Outside North America, we accomplish this through a growing network of business partners who resell and implement our software in their countries.

In this role you will be working closely with the Business Partner Manager to support and advise our international reseller network. Everything you do will revolve around ensuring that our partners and their clients are successful with Geocortex and Esri technology. You will provide technical updates and guidance to our resellers and relay their unique cultural, technical, and geographic needs back to our product and business teams. While the majority of your work can be done out of our Victoria office, you will need to periodically visit our partners onsite in their respective countries around the world. (Travel is estimated at 20-25%).

  • Manage and execute the process of technology education in our business partner channel.
  • Assist in the evolution and development of the Geocortex partner program.
  • Interface with Latitude’s product development team and maintain authoritative knowledge of Geocortex technology.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for appropriate product-related enquiries from partners or Latitude’s partner team.
  • Develop and fine tune Latitude’s involvement in pre-sales and post-sales Tier 2 support of partner activities.
  • Develop and execute on a program for a technology tour to support Geocortex partners’ knowledge of our products.
  • Support the partner manager in business development activities. More specifically, promoting the value proposition of Geocortex and supporting co-selling and co-implementation projects.
  • This position requires moderate travel (20% to 25%), primarily within Europe, the Middle-East, and North America.


  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Presentation experience to both C-suite executives and IT customers.
  • Excellent listening and synthesis skills.
  • A technical background in software is essential.
  • Professional experience working with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong commitment to personal excellence, self-motivation, self-sufficiency and resourcefulness.
  • Proven success working in a partner channel, preferably in the IT sector, is ideal.
  • Experience and/or education in GIS is desirable.


$65,000 - $90,000
