Job Summary: 

HP Advanced Solutions is looking for a community-minded, energetic, progressive individual to join its Common Infrastructure and Service Management team. The team’s responsibilities include providing cost-effective management and supply of IT operations to core government ministries, program managers and government employees.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Director, Common Infrastructure and Service Management, as the Service Desk Analyst you are responsible for providing front line information technology support and problem resolution services to the Ministry of Finance and to HP Advanced Solutions employees. You will enable all users to use computer resources in a multiple site environment.
