Job Summary: 

About the Current Position Available

We are on the hunt for some high octane fuel for our marketing efforts. The successful person will be charged with a diverse set of marketing responsibilities that will continue to grow and improve the Smart Dolphins brand. The nature of the work will be both creative and process driven.

This is a part-time position, but there are possibilities of additional tasks or roles to augment this to make it a full time position.

The successful candidate’s primary duties will include:

  • Coordinating and administration of various marketing initiatives:
    • Social Media
    • Blog
    • SEO
    • Pay Per Click
    • Email Marketing
    • Direct Mail
    • Website Updates
  • Assisting Sales Team
  • Writing Marketing Copy
  • Market Research
  • Basic Design
  • Tracking and Documentation of all activities into Playbook and Company CRM
  • Lead Development and management of the company prospect database
  • Customer service and quality assurance
  • Office Reception

Primary qualifications:

  • Alignment with Smart Dolphins Core Values and Purpose
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Strong understanding of Marketing
  • Previous experience with many of the primary responsibilities
