SENIOR TECHNICAL ANALYST

You are a professional, self-motivated, team player responsible for developing, maintaining, and operating the desktop, thin client, mobile computing equipment technology infrastructure.  You supervise junior Technical Analysts and participate in production software, asset management database maintenance, as well as administration and support for end users within the context of the technology infrastructure.

Working in a complex IT environment, you modify and maintain complex desktop applications.  Your tasks as a Desktop Specialist are focusing on the imaging, installation, configuration, maintenance, monitoring of desktop operating systems, and supporting the application delivery from Citrix/Xen systems. You implement operating system enhancements, resolve complex technical problems for small to large projects, and provide second-tier support to end users for PCs, Citrix servers, or printer applications and hardware.

You have a degree or diploma in Computer Systems or other IT-related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, along with a minimum 5 years’ experience working on a variety of assignments in a technical/analytic role.  This includes 5 years’ experience providing end user support in an Information Technology organization.  A+ and MCSE would be an asset, as would ITIL certification.  In addition, you have experience in managing and supervising project teams while establishing strong internal and external working relationships
