Job Summary: 

The Intermediate Business Systems Analyst is a key member of the IT team that provides expert advice, support and technical expertise to business representatives, technical staff (project managers, solution architects, developers and quality assurance personnel), service providers, external vendors, and other solution owners in managing the design, development, implementation, enhancement, and support of mission critical systems of the Pension Corporation.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • University degree in science, engineering, business, or information technology and 2 years of related experience in a business systems analyst role including developing functional and non-functional specifications for information systems OR
  • Diploma in business or information technology, or related discipline and 3 years of related experience in a business systems analyst role including developing functional and non-functional specifications for information systems OR
  • Certificate or program completion and 4 years of related experience in a business systems analyst role including developing functional and non-functional  specifications for information systems OR
  • A combination of related education and training and 5 years of related experience in a business systems analyst role including developing functional and non-functional specifications for information systems.
  • Preference will be given to candidate with experience in systems performance evaluation and implementation of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) applications
