Job Summary: 

The successful candidate will perform ongoing maintenance, support and administration of Osler's virtual server environments. As a member of the support team, this position also requires handling technical queries from other support team members or customers and acting as a liason between customers and the development team when required.


  • Represent the company in a professional and customer-oriented manner
  • Aid in the coordination of implementation and planning activities using established procedures.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and planning reports.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Strive to constantly improve Osler's products and services. 


  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers, Virtual Servers, Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience in TCP/IP networking and troubleshooting.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analysis skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and an ability to balance priorities and multitask.
  • PowerShell, T-SQL and basic software development skills.
  • Customer Support experience.
