MANAGER – ORGANIZATIONAL READINESS
You have a gift for project management, excel when leading people through change and are well-versed managing and leading complex teams while having a proven track record ensuring successful launches and implementations of large business transformations.
The ACE (Automated Customer Experience) Program focuses on replacing aged IT infrastructure and will enable business transformation to ensure BC Ferries is better able to meet and exceed customer expectations. You are responsible for the leadership and management of the ACE Organizational Readiness stream. You will ensure program buy-in and success, lead policy and process change management and manage the program training, communications, and user acceptance testing streams. You will develop and implement strategic and transformational change management plans that align technology and business change. You maximize employee engagement and facilitate the overall successful implementation of change.
You have strong organizational and time management skills coupled with strong written and oral communication skills. You have excellent interpersonal skills which are necessary for leading and motivating a diverse workforce.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and your Project Management Institute certification. You have 5+ years project management experience as well as experience managing and leading teams.
