Job Summary: 

We currently have a full-time position available for Technical Support. This position is suited to someone who enjoys helping trained installers, programmers, and end users with system problems.  We will train you to be a product expert on our product line, so that you can provide all levels of support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • To service our customers
  • To know the Reliable Controls software, and hardware products thoroughly and support educated dealers on problems with installation, programming, and system maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot problems by replicating, visualizing and analyzing each problem.
  • Maintain a database of support issues.
  • To help with test and verification of firmware and software.
  • To understand the application of the software so that all elements of the application can be properly tested.

Skills:

  • Communication skills, listening, patience, and understanding of customers needs and problems.
  • Strong software and computing background is necessary.
  • Understanding of IP networks and networking technologies.
  • Ability to accurately log, track, and manage support calls.
  • Strong trouble shooting skills.
