Job Summary: 

We have a great opportunity for a sales support professional to join our growing company.

Reporting to the Sales Director, this high-level administrative position works closely with customers and sales channel partners to provide accurate information on FTS’ environmental monitoring systems.  The Sales Administrative Assistant supports the Sales team with basic quotations, order processing, customer product and shipping enquiries, weekly performance metrics on our sales channels, and sales demo equipment inventory management.  This position also assists the Marketing team in planning trade shows and other product associated events.

You bring a solid background to this position including:

  • Minimum three years recent, related experience in sales support or customer service;
  • Preferred related experience in sales or in an occupation associated with high technology products and/or environmental monitoring;
  • Experience using Epicor would be ideal;
  • A college diploma in a relevant technical program or discipline preferred (e.g. business administration);
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Applications and CRM systems;
  • Independent, but also thrive in a team-based culture;
  • Excellent communications skills; and
  • Ability to undertake special projects as assigned by the Sales Director.
