Job Summary: 

Regional Sales Manager LMR - Canada

We are seeking a fulltime, tech savvy, sales manager to deliver with a solution sales approach; meeting customer expectations and market demands within an assigned territory in Canada.

The key purpose is to ensure that growth and profitability are achieved, with emphasis on quality and client service.

This position is based in Canada, is fulltime and the ability to undertake regular travel is required.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to...

  • Lead and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Identify current and future client requirements, programs and areas of interest
  • Managing relationships between our valuable dealers and resellers
  • Work collaboratively on multi region opportunities with Regional Sales Directors globally
  • Implement proactive sales strategies

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in a similar role with proven ability to maintain strong pre-existing relationships
  • Technical knowledge and experience in Land Mobile Radio electronic communications products is high advantage
  • A reference able track record of sales success is important.
  • A consultative style account management approach with an absolutely commitment to proving quality outcomes
  • Ability to prioritise competing demands
