Job Summary: 



You are an integral member of the IT Management team, responsible for managing a Quality and Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCE) within the IT division. You will focus on continuous improvement, quality assurance, effective change management, and project delivery excellence. You provide support and oversight to IT projects, ensuring that quality and BCF methodology are applied throughout the IT project life cycle.

You manage the Change Management process based on industry best practises and ITIL Change and Release principles.

You are a leader driven to successfully motivate and manage, while providing coaching and mentoring to Project Managers. As a positive leader, you identify project risks and work with the team to mitigate and to deliver a quality product. You have a keen customer focus with an ability to ensure the solution meets customer and business expectations. Your commitment to quality assurance as well as your attention to detail equips you with the ability to influence teams toward quality and delivery excellence.

You must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience as an IT Project Manager managing IT application development projects, with a comprehensive working knowledge of project management and SDLC methodologies. Experience establishing and/or managing a Project Management Office (PMO) would be considered an asset. You have a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or IT-related discipline. PMP certification would be an asset.
