The Senior Business Systems Analyst manages the design, development and enhancement of Pension Corporation applications, systems and services and works with senior business analysts to ensure that business requirements are met. This position works with the clients and business analysts to verify business requirements and ensure that a thorough functional analysis is conducted. The position is also responsible for conducting in-depth traceability analysis in order to produce impact assessments and resource estimates. The position is frequently called upon to lead projects. The position also supervises, on a formal and informal basis, Junior and Intermediate Business Systems Analysts through the process of requirements analysis and building application design specifications.
