Job Summary: 

This individual will be responsible for handling all day-to-day interaction and communication with the CNE community. The CM partners with Game Designers and Business/Operations personnel to produce content designed to engage and retain players.

The ideal candidate is an outgoing, creative, and passionate core gamer who is comfortable with online communities and social media, with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a highly dynamic production environment.


  • Engage and moderate the Bush Whacker 2, Shards of Titan and Egg Breaker Adventure in-game chats, to provide help, engagement and support.
  • Communicate directly with the player base via CNE's website & forums, dedicated partner platform forums, and other social media channels, and review/proof/copy-edit outbound communications to ensure readability and alignment.
  • Responsible for engaging and moderating player conversations across these same channels.
  • Communicate with Lead Game Designers regarding upcoming content and events, and provide feedback and support regarding player requests and sentiment as needed.
  • Maintain the CNE Content Calendar and any specific Game event calendars as needed
  • Stay abreast of dynamic developments within the games industry, both within the F2P and the wider industry


  • A passion for gaming.
  • 2-3 years' experience in community management in a professional or amateur role.
  • Previous experience with user moderation in a digital/online environment, including experience working with forum, live chat, or other game mastering tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to create quality documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Understanding of social media services, mechanics, and trends, especially Facebook and Twitter.
  • Strong organizational skills and an independent, self-motivated work style.
  • Experience in the video games industry a significant plus.
  • Previous experience with customer first-contact and de-escalation a plus.
