Job Summary: 



You are a customer-focused team player who is responsible for configuring and maintaining applications within the context of business architecture.  You act as a point of contact for the user community while providing second line support for resolving customer application related problems.  You also support testing and training coordination of specific sustainment release projects.

You are able to identify and serve customers consistently, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.  You assess needs, establish goals and resolve issues.  You are able to work cooperatively within diverse teams.  You analyze problems systematically; you identify underlying causes and generate solutions.

You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science or other IT related discipline.  Knowledge and/or certification of ITIL, PL/SQL and Project Management are considered assets. You will have at least 2 years’ IT experience working in a systems support, or a systems administration role.
