Job Summary: 



You are a dynamic leader with a strong quality ethic and an integral member of the Senior IT Management team, responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of projects in support of business initiatives. Working closely with Management and Executives, the Director, IT Projects ensures program alignment with strategic business objectives and the delivery of key IT projects.

You are a highly disciplined, organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and you are a strong leader with a proven track record of effectively leading and motivating others. You possess an expert understanding of Project Management methodologies and have the ability to develop a service oriented organization to enable respective project teams in achieving organizational objectives. You are analytical when assessing processes aimed at achieving a high level of customer satisfaction, and are able to successfully oversee the management of a portfolio of projects through delivery, risk and change management with a commitment to quality.

You have a minimum 10 years’ experience in IT project and program management and have experience with organizational and change management. In addition you have extensive experience managing large complex IT capital projects that involve business transformation and business process re-engineering, with budgets in excess of $5 Million. You have a degree equivalent education in Business or Computer Science, or other IT related discipline. PMP and ITIL certification will be considered an asset.
