To facilitate the smooth deployment of technology to DFC’s North American retail environment
Reports to: Help Desk Manager
Working relationships: Corporate IT Staff, Dollar Financial IT Staff, Senior & Store Level Operations Staff from Corporate. This position has frequent contact with helpdesk users, peers, and managers. This position will also have contact with independent software vendors and hardware distributors.
Education: The ideal candidate will have a two-year technical diploma or the equivalent in work experience and two to three years of prior related experience
Experience: It would be beneficial that the candidate have prior experience with software deployment systems, SQL reporting, and windows administration. The position requires the candidate be a self-started and have a flexible schedule.
