Job Summary: 



You are a dynamic, innovative leader responsible for ensuring a portfolio of applications continues to meet the needs of business and corporate objectives.  You ensure the quality and continuity of staff skills on the team by hiring, supervising, developing training, mentoring and evaluating performance of staff members. You oversee quality control and the analysis of business and user needs; formulate and define systems and project scopes and objectives; facilitate change management; perform problem management and analysis; and ensure applications fully support business security requirements.

You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.  You have a proven ability to develop and implement policies and to effect organizational change in an energetic, fast-paced environment.  You are highly flexible and adaptable with a strong focus delivering effective business results.

You have 7+ years’ experience working as a business analyst, including 3 years in a leadership capacity and 5+ years managing medium sized projects.  You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or IT-related discipline and have completed or are enrolled in, a Project Management program.  Working knowledge of ITIL practices and/or Business Analyst certification would be an asset.
