PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE (PMO) ANALYST
You are an integral member of the PMO team, responsible for managing a Quality and Project Management Centre of Excellence (PMCE) within the IT division. Together with the PMO Manager, you will provide support and oversight while ensuring quality to IT projects.
This role applies appropriate governance to every IT project ensuring the organization and the IT department’s methodologies are applied, along with PMI and industry best practice. You are responsible for monitoring and reporting the health of projects, identifying issues and risks and resource conflicts.
You are a collaborative team player with the ability to establish and maintain positive, cooperative working relationships. You possess competent quality assurance skills and are results-oriented. You have a high level of self-motivation and initiative, and are able to effectively multi-task while working under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
You have a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business or other IT related discipline. You must have 3+ years of PMO/Quality Management experience. PMP and any Testing/QA certifications are considered an asset. Experience using Primavera, HP Quality Centre, JIRA, Blueprint & Cherwell are desirable.
