We are looking for a new Technical Support Guru to join or growing team here in Victoria BC. As an ideal you will be able to interact with our customers to resolve technical issues. Ideally you will also work with our sales team and get involved in software demonstrations and answer technical questions for prospective clients.

-Resolve telephone, email, and web support tickets.
-Be a part of our 24*7 support team, including taking some on-call shifts.
-Conduct brief software demonstrations to potential clients.
-Assist with other pre-sales technical documentation or questions.
-The ideal candidate will have a technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a mathematics, engineering computer, electronic, or software related field.
-The ability to demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
-The ability to adopt a proactive approach to dealing with customers and their issues immediately and proactively.
-Experience with Smartphone platforms (iOS, Android) will be an asset but not a requirement.
-Experience with Software systems and telecommunications systems will be an asset but not requirement.
-Working experience or familiarity with SQL will be an asset, but not a requirement.
