Job Summary: 

It’s the ideal setting for a consultative team player who thrives in a strongly collegial, results-oriented, client service delivery environment.  The Assistant Director of the Business Process and Analysis Team is one of two leaders in the Business Services Branch and reports to the Director of Business Services, part of the Transformation and Information Services Division at the Pension Corporation.  Primary functions encompass leadership of a large group of professional staff in the delivery of exceptional business services to our internal clients while providing tactical input into corporation-wide planning as well as strategic direction for branch business planning and service delivery models. This position plays an integral role in supporting the strategic plan, Pension Operations, Member Experience and Board Services Divisions. The focus of this position is providing strong leadership to our team of business analysts, and assisting in establishing our Business Process Management (BPM) program, including leading the newly established BPM support team.

We are seeking a dynamic leader with demonstrated client relationship capabilities in a service environment, a strong background in BPM and Business Analysis, as well as expertise in monitoring and reporting on results. The ideal candidate will also have expertise in developing, implementing and enhancing service delivery and business plans and a proven ability to optimally manage operations of a complex nature.
