Job Summary: 


As a senior member of the technology team responsible for providing technical design and management of a complex Citrix server environment, including building, maintaining and supporting this environment and desktop infrastructure. You provide technical expertise in the areas of Citrix server administration, virtual desktop server technology, disaster recovery and storage area networks. Working within the context of technology standards, you will migrate existing applications to a new Citrix environment; administer Citrix images; support and manage current hardware and software standards; and research, test, and recommend new software while providing input into the overall desktop strategy and architecture.  In addition, you work closely with IT personnel to troubleshoot and support user requirements, solve system problems, and assist in server support.

Along with a degree or diploma in Computer Science or other IT-related discipline, you have 5 – 7 years of experience in building, maintaining, and providing support for Citrix server environments in an IT organization. You have experience managing Windows Serer infrastructure and Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure. Experience with Provisioning Services, XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer, StoreFront, and Netscaler Access Gateway is an asset.
