Job Summary: 

GameHouse Canada is searching for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for driving successful projects via a series of metrics-based initiatives, working with a team to operate games as a service while providing experience, direction, and measurable performance analyses to help drive creation of new features.

The Sr. Product Manager takes ownership of a game and its performance goals; it is a metrics-driven role and responsible for taking a leading role in defining the product roadmap and improving monetization performance of the games.

The Senior Product Manager spends time on the following areas of responsibility as noted:

  • 20% Reviewing growth and revenue metrics for games on a daily basis, reporting on success of the portfolio and answering to monthly and quarterly targets
  • 20% Utilizing game analytics to develop new ways to improve game engagement, growth, and monetization KPIs
  • 20% Designing and implementing ongoing A/B tests, usability tests, and other market-facing analytic activities to drive product development decisions
  • 30% Driving development, prioritization, and implementation content and feature plans (product roadmap) in partnership with development team
  • 10% Working with the community managers to manage game changes and promotions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology management or the equivalent
  • 3+ years’ of experience in product management with a demonstrated focus on metrics-based decision making  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, creative and be able to work with a team to operate games as a service while providing experience, direction, and measurable performance analyses to help drive creation of new features 
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding product strategy, strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position products in the market 
  • Knowledge of social networks like Facebook, Google+ 
  • Experience forming cross-group and cross-functional partnerships to achieve goals 
  • Experience driving successful projects via a series of metrics based initiatives
  • Highly analytical – loves to synthesize large amounts of data
  • Experience with iOS and Android gaming platforms 
  • Loves to play games 


  • MBA or equivalent
  • Experience marketing & paid acquisition
  • A/B and/or multivariate test experience
  • Experience in web analytics and optimization
  • Social gaming experience, as it pertains to casual MMOs, Facebook, etc.
