Job Summary: 

The Junior IT Support Specialist will support the IT Systems Support Manager as needed. This role will be responsible for administrative and organizational technical services supporting the operations of the national team, as well as support for IT-related and physical systems.

This is a contract position with a six month term.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems and programs
  • Knowledge of computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Experience with computer troubleshooting, viruses and security, e-mail and internet programs
  • 2+ years Customer Service Experience
  • Microsoft or other certifications relating to Information Technology and Information Systems such as MCTS (Windows 7)/ MCP/ A+ certification beneficial
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • 2-year Technical or Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required
