Job Summary:

The marketing specialist is responsible for bridging marketing campaigns with sales initiatives, while focusing on demand generation. The successful candidate understands B2B marketing, but is also a creative professional who can lead and execute campaigns in various sectors. This position requires both strategic and tactical abilities, and strong project management skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in marketing strategy with a focus on demand generation
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, that are geared toward engaging new accounts
  • Take a lead role in market research for various markets
  • Develop and produce marketing content including (blogs, infographics, brochures, webinars, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with the UNIT4 Sales team
  • Develop graphic design content as required across all marketing campaigns and programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on campaign activities
  • Leverage Pardot, and other tools to track and report on the success of each campaign and marketing program

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in demand generation campaigns in B2B Technology companies
  • Excellent communication skills are a must have
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple complex projects
  • Experience with building relationships with cross-functional teams at various levels of an organization
  • Driven by metrics with a strong understanding of the data
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work well on a team or independently and meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Experience with and Pardot would be an asset

Travel Requirements: Up to 10% anticipated. Must be able to travel throughout North America
