Job Summary: 

Recent expansion has created a new role within the company’s sales and marketing team. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing Team in successfully implementing strategies, and for working cooperatively with affiliated departments to help achieve overall company objectives. This is a promising position to be part of a fantastic team in a growing high-tech company that is world-renowned in its industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and editing of marketing materials, including technical proposals, presentations, data sheets, case studies, etc.
  • Coordinate website updates, additions & enhancements, upload press releases and marketing materials.
  • Support tradeshow planning, materials preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in the generation, fielding, distribution, tracking, and reporting of lead inquiries.
  • Various office administration tasks.


  • Business administration degree/diploma
  • Minimum of 2 year marketing/sales support experience
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite and other presentation software (see below)


  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • An aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as a team, with very strong interpersonal skills
  • Hard working, focused and efficient, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Software experience:

  • CRM and/or ERP software
  • Adobe InDesign
  • WordPress
  • Constant Contact or other email marketing software
  • GoToMeeting or other web meeting software
  • Prezi
  • Experience using social media for business-to-business applications
