Job Summary: 



As a key member of the technology team you are responsible for managing a complex Windows server environment and storage infrastructure.

You are highly collaborative, have excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.  You have a proven ability to develop and implement solutions and to effect organizational change in an energetic, fast-paced environment.  You are focused on delivering effective quality technical solutions to meet the organizations needs.

You provide technical expertise in the areas of performance management, server administration, virtual server technology and storage area networks, in addition to providing technical guidance for a virtualized Windows server platform.

You have 7+ years’ experience working building, maintaining and providing support for enterprise level server and storage environments across multiple datacentres. You have a degree or diploma in Computer Science or an IT-related discipline. In addition you have Microsoft certification (MCSA, MCSE, MCITP) VMware certification is highly desirable.
