IT, QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD
You are a dynamic leader who is accountable for the overall quality assurance activities within the IT Division. This role leads Quality Assurance functions with a focus of responsibility on continuous improvement, quality assurance, effective change management and project delivery excellence. You will be responsible for developing and defining testing strategies and executing testing on new or modified applications to validate that functionality conforms to established requirements. You are responsible for using industry standards, methodologies and techniques to conduct QA audits, peer reviews, control self-assessments, post implementation reviews, and Health Checks.

You have a proven ability to develop and implement policy and to affect change within an organization using knowledge of best practice methodologies. You possess exceptional business acumen and communication skills.
You have a degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science or other IT related discipline. You have 7+ years’ experience in IT with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Quality Assurance and/or Testing with 2+ years in a leadership role. PMP and Testing/QA certifications are considered an asset. Experience using Primavera, HP Quality Centre, JIRA, Blueprint & Cherwell are desirable.
