Job Summary: 

The role of HR & Operations Coordinator at SSI holds the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the smooth running of all operational aspects of the office as well as assisting with HR and recruiting initiatives.  In addition, this role acts as assistant to the COO with numerous administrative functions.

As the HR & Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • report to Chief Operating Officer
  • act as an assistant to the COO in all areas of her responsibilities as assigned
  • coordinate all properties and facilities operational requirements
  • manage all processes related to building access and pass codes
  • assist with organization and planning of company events
  • assess and respond to all in-office maintenance
  • maintain Employee, Dealer, and customer files
  • maintain office recycling program
  • maintain document filing system
  • manage the recruiting process
  • assist with writing and updating HR policies and procedures
  • assist with phone and front office when required

Qualifications:

An HR Generalist Certification or Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an HR related field performing generalist duties. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in an operations capacity.
