The Information Systems Branch (ISB) provides IM/IT planning, architecture, project support, application development, information security, technology and information support services to the Ministry of Justice.
As the Client Portfolio Analyst you will gain an intimate understanding of the client business, goals, needs, and priorities. You will function as the client’s trusted advisor through gaining a deep understanding of the client’s business, vision, needs and goals. You will identify and execute on opportunities to enable those goals and build and actively manage relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. You will contribute to overall client satisfaction with IM/IT service delivery by identifying priorities, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project delivery and operational support. To be considered for this position, your resume must clearly indicate that you have the following:
Education and Experience
-Degree, diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field.
-Experience developing and maintaining client communication networks, managing relationships with stakeholders and leading consultation sessions.
-Experience with application design and development life cycle; and all aspects of IT security.
-Experience with change management processes and project management methodologies (PMP designation is desirable).
-Experience with Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) technology would be an asset.
-Experience with emergency management best practices including work experience in a command and control environment adhering to the Incident Command System (ICS) or similar structure would be an asset.
