SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Working as part of a results-driven team, you are responsible for developing and facilitating business requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, using best practice methods and tools. You analyze business and user needs, document requirements and translate them into effective systems requirement specifications. You formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on business, stakeholder and solution requirements and support the solutions to support business objectives, map processes and identify gaps. You develop training programs and materials, including facilitation of workshops and training for assigned projects.
 
You are a clear, concise communicator, with an ability to effectively prioritize and manage projects within strict timelines. You are an influential, productive team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving and leadership skills. You promote teamwork and maintain positive interactions, while providing quality in your deliverables.
 
You bring a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding of business processing modeling and strong business analysis, problem solving and planning skills, including 5 to 7 years’ experience working in an IT business analysis role. You provide the solutions to support business objectives, map processes and identify gaps. You have experience with business process improvements, business process reengineering and developing, creating, writing and executing test scripts.
 
You have a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Business or other IT related discipline. ITIL and BABOK certification will be considered assets. You have strong working knowledge of business processing models and strong business analysis, problem solving and planning skills. This role will be required to provide BA expertise in Application Management and requires experience with website design, implementation of web and mobile applications, web content management, and e-commerce software platforms.
