Job Summary: 

Working as part of a results-driven team, you are responsible for performing a comprehensive range of project coordination activities in support of IT Projects. You are responsible for managing and coordinating multiple project tasks and planning, organizing project activities to help to ensure that projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
You are responsible for providing regular reports on project and resource updates, establishing and maintaining comprehensive document control procedures; tracking logs, project reports, status updates and updating document repositories. You prepare the development of project schedules, updating and reporting progress of the projects on a regular basis for the Project Managers.
You bring a wide breadth of knowledge and understanding of IT projects, tracking program and project issues, risks and change, including 5 years’ experience in a software/web development environment creating and maintaining work breakdown structures.
You have a post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business or other IT related discipline. Experience with project financials would be an asset. Project Management and ITIL training / certification would be considered an asset.
